Attention to german fans !!

Hi to all and specially my german fans! I did an interview in Munich, the day of my first concert of the tour in Germany, and it will be broadcast very soon. here are the details:

Standing Ovations beim Tourstart von Jean Michel Jarre

Begeisterte mit elektronischer Musik in München: Jean Michel Jarre
Beim ersten seiner insgesamt vier Deutschlandkonzerte, das am 22. März in München über die Bühne ging, erntete Jean Michel Jarre für das erstmals komplett aufgeführte "Oxygène"-Werk Standing Ovations. Die Tour wird von MCT veranstaltet, als örtlicher Veranstalter fungierte Propeller Music & Event.

Der französische Elektronikpionier und Sohn des Filmmusikkomponisten Maurice Jarre begrüßte die Zuschauer in der nicht ganz ausverkauften Philharmonie am Gasteig mit einer persönlichen Einführung in den Abend. So habe er sich erst gegen Ende 2007 kurzfristig entschieden, abseits seiner sonstigen Open-Air-Konzerte mit Millionen Zuschauern mit seinem "Oxygène"-Material auf Tour zu gehen.

Ihm zur Seite standen drei weitere Franzosen, denen die "Stradivaris der elektronischen Musik" zu Verfügung standen, wie Jarre formulierte. Denn ohne Preset-Sound oder programmierte Sequenzen spielten die vier Musiker auf Originalinstrumenten aus den 20er- bis 70er-Jahren wie etwa einem Theremin oder mehreren Moog-Synthesizern gute anderthalb Stunden alles live. Ein minimalistisches, aber effektvolles Bühnendesign unterstrich die Wirkung der Musik. Unter anderem senkte sich von der Decke ein großer Spiegel herab, sodass die Zuschauer auch die Aktionen der Musiker im Bühnenhintergrund beobachten konnten.

Bonjour M. Jarre,

I visited your Munich concert and will see you in Hamburg, Frankfurt and Luxembourg, too. This will be my concerts number 17, 18 and 19.Your music is -extraordinaire- and I just have to see you live in concert, even if I have to take a ride through the desert.
Your music is magic and wonderful.

I forgot to mention my visits of three of the Marigny shows last year. So I`ll have concerts 20,21 and 22 in the next weeks.

i was introduce with Ur music as a very young girl; as my brother broth from germany- back home a cassette of Urs oxygen I believe, and i was thinking that it sounds different n ein boring as opera ( hahaha, at that time).. So shame that im no more in Berlin; but believe I catch U somewhere whehever. My compliments 4 Ur music I do really enjoy it... lots of love

Alors que JMJ est en concert en Allemagne,ayons ne pensée pour Klaus Schulze qui a en ce moment quelques problèmes de santé...Il a annulé son concert à Paris ce week-end...
