Bus lightyear

On the way to Budapest in the tour bus, I am writing these few lines while everybody is sleeping. I love travelling in the bus. It's comfortable and fun with the musicians, Chris, Louis, Pierre..etc.

These days you can go around the world through the web, yet travelling like this, reminds you of real distance and how life is in Europe outside cities, a mix of beauty and desolation..

Bucharest was warm and sunny, charming people, warm audience, we played well and I broke my moog drum hitting it too strong..
I am going to sleep now. Good night.

Dear Jean-Michel, I'd like to thank you very much for the beautiful moments you offered to us last night in Bucharest. I've been waiting for you for almost 20 years ( I'm 29 :) ) and finally, yesterady, my dream came true... When the performance was over and I stepped outside the musica hall into the park, I felt like landing from the outer space on the Earth, but your music eas still echoing in my mind carrying me far beyond the limits of space and time, to the very heart of the universe...
I wish you good luck with the tour, God bless you and keep you in good health ! Maybe next year you'll come in Romania with an outdoor performance, as you said...
Sincerely yours,
Sebastian

Hello, Jean Michel!
We are Vanello and Cristina from Bucharest, we met after the concert at the exit of Sala Polivalenta on 10 nov and you gave us an autographe. We wanted to say thank you again for this great show. You , the team and the ”old ladies” were just marvelous. We are musicians too (Cristina is a singer and I am a composer who makes electronic music from 15 years) so for us meeting you even for a few seconds is like a dream that came true. You are our number one artist and we look forward to see you in a concert in Bucharest next year. We will be there in front of the scene waiting for you to change our lives again.
We love you!
Vanello and Cristina from Bucharest.

Hi JMJ, thanks for the late night comment. You have a way of seeing things in different perspectives and taking in the beauty of those differences that more people should have. And it isnt necessarily about big things - just from travelling in a bus, you are getting some impressions that are quite interesting to think about. Yes, we probably do forget about real distances, now that we travel everywhere on the net. Thanks for reminding us.

Jean Michel, do as Thomas Dolby and go to 'Budapest By Blimp'

Bon jour, JM!

I'm one of the milions of people, not so lucky to be indoor at your concert. In fact, i was one of the 3 - 4 hundred, spending 2 hours outdoors, hoping in a miracle because 100 euro/ticket x 2 people, coming from the same poket....was too much.
I really hope that is going to be a "next time", may be next year, when to have a second chance of seeing you in Bucharest. God Bless You. A la prochaine....

Excellent show, dear Jean-Michel, and thank you very much for your work who inpired for my entire life! I was dreaming since I was a child to be live and alive (!) at one concert of you, but I never thought that my hands will shake so hard (because of the strong emotions) when you passed less than half metter near me (and I'm 33 years old)!!! Please, as soon as possible, come back to Bucharest and play this Divine music to awake our Divine souls! God bless you! Michel-Adrian

I will try to tell you in a few words what cannot be expressed by words.
In my childhood the first thing that touched my soul and opened my eyes that behind this rough material world exists something else, something more… was your music. This music guided me into places where time and space dissolved and just the shadow of senses remains in the limitless emptiness… You are the one who opened the door and laid me on the Path of searching…
In 93’ and 97’ I couldn’t even dream to participate in Budapest to your concerts. Yesterday on 12th November 2008 at Full Moon this dream came true. I could be there with other hundreds of people. I could be so closed to you and to Oxigen. It was a unique experience! I hope I can meet you again here next year!
Thank you for everything you gave me, for everything you gave to this World.

Yours faithfully.

Hei. Thank you so much for the concert in Bucuresti. You and your crew were amaizing. You have such a heartmelting smile and you were so sweet throwing kisses to everyone in the public. You are a sacred monster of music and you should have no age. I can't imagine the world without you and your music. Can't wait to see you again in Romania.
